A longtime Fox News Democrat strategist boasted about her ability to deal with the conservatives who “don’t know anything other than to lie for a living” as a reason to choose her as chair of the Democratic National Committee
Speaking at a forum Saturday in Detroit, Mich., Jehmu Greene explained what she can offer to support the Democrat movement as head of the DNC.
As someone who has spent the last six and a half years on Fox News, debating, fighting with conservatives who don’t know anything other than to lie for a living, I’ve been able to win with the truth,” Greene said.
Greene, who joined Fox News as a contributor in 2010, previously had been picked by former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to serve on the U.S. National Commission for United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and served as the first African-American president of the progressive group Rock the Vote from 2000 to 2005.
She is one of seven candidates vying for the chair position. The front-runners are Rep. Keith Ellison and former Labor Secretary Tom Perez.
